We aim to despatch your order within two to three working days.
Personalised goods (writing on the back of the duck) can take a day or two longer.
Any orders for the Rest of the World over 2kg will be sent in separate boxes with an individual tracking number. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Goods without personalisation:
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 Working Days after the day on which you received the goods ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Please return the item to: DCUK, Diptford, Devon, TQ9 7NG with your name, address and order number (providing the item is in a saleable condition) Your refund will be made to your original card minus the delivery charge.
Goods with personalisation:
Contact us within seven days of receiving the goods and we will do our best to help you.
You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.
Goods Damaged On Arrival:
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days with details of the damage. We will arrange collection and replace your goods.
Goods Not As Ordered:
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, please notify us within 7 days so we can arrange for the correct goods to be sent. Please note that all our products will vary slightly from the photographs as they are handmade and each one is unique.
Goods Or Order Duplicated:
In the event that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify within 7 days and we can arrange a collection.
